The grasslands are home to some of the most fascinating species in Canada, period. Pronhorn, cacti, and 'wild sages' abound, and hidden gems abound in plain sight.
Your guide will introduce you to 12-15 species of wild edible plants and fungus, with a focus on their use in the home kitchen - covering ideas for savoury dishes, desserts, and beverages. We'll get you started if you're new to it, or level you up if you've already got your feet wet.
